Beauty Con LA

BeautyConLA is this Saturday and I'm pretty stoked about that! I attended last year but I regret not staying for the after party. Last year, Rixton performed. This year, Becky G, Jack and Jack, Sabrina Carpenter and many others will be performing. I got VIP tickets last year and I assumed we'd get in right away. I was wrong. We had to stand outside in the sun waiting in line to get in. I totally understand but it's still inconvenient. I wore jeans, boots and a long sleeve black shirt! I won't be doing that this year. I'll definitely put on something more comfortable and breathable.
After we got to the front of the line, we got our wristbands and took the elevator up to the floor where BeautyCon was held. It's no wonder it took so long just to get in. There are only so many people you can fit into an elevator. Upon entering, I noticed hundreds of people of all ages! It was pretty crowded.
I got to meet Claudia Sulewski, Mr. Kate and her boyfriend Joey. Cool fact: Joey was in the band The Click Five. If you don't know who that is, watch this music video below!

I absolutely adore Mr. Kate and Joey. They're such a cute couple and they are very inspiring. My boyfriend and I share the same interests as they do. We hope to one day live our dream to do what we love and teach it to others as well.
As for Claudia Sulewski, I just love her sense of style. She's a lot younger than I am but she is also inspiring. You may think: How can you be inspired by someone younger than you? What is so inspiring about her, she just posts videos all day and get to go to free events, get free products, travel, etc...? Well the answer is, it's not easy being so organized, committing to things, choosing the right network or paths. I admire the commitment!
Going off subject here a little bit...
Anyway, BeautyCon. There were really good deals on make up at BeautyCon. I purchased a few things from Tarte Cosmetics, Nyx Cosmetics and BH Cosmetics. My friends got henna tattoos, temporary gold tattoos and a makeover. It was quite fun. There were a bunch of freebies everywhere, too.
As for this year, like I said, I'm going to dress more comfortably in breathable clothing, stay for the after party and just have fun. I will be blogging about my experience with photos! Stay tuned. Peace Earthlings!
